Why Detoxification is Essential & How to detox your body by using Natural resources..!!




                         Feeling sick or tired, or facing skin problems, or pains, or bad digestion? Perhaps it’s the time when you should think about body detox. But before you decide how to detox your body, you must learn why you need to do so?

                         Essentially, detoxification means cleaning the impurities from the blood. Our body automatically does so but sometimes you need to do it by you. This can be done by cleaning the blood. There are many programs that help you detox. Before you learn how to detox your body, you may take help of such programs. These programs help the body’s natural cleansing process by:

·         Fasting gives rest to your organs, make them work properly;
·         Stimulate the liver so that it can drive toxins out of the blood;
·         Eliminate the toxins from kidneys, intestines and skin;
·         Improve blood circulation
·         Recharge your body with fresh blood and nutrition.

Also, there are some tricks that you may apply at your home, and they will also help you detox your body:

1.       Eat lots of fibre including brown rice and green vegetables.
2.       Some herbs like dandelion root and burdock also help cleansing your body.
3.       Food rich with Vitamin C must be given a higher priority in your diet.
4.       Drink lots of water, at least 3-4 litres every day.
5.       Breathe deeply. It will allow oxygen to pass through the entire body.
6.       Be positive and live a stress free life.
7.       Hydrotherapy with hot water shower and then cold water is also effective.
8.       Sweat it out. Take a sauna which eliminates the wasters by perspiration.
9.       Dry brush the skin. It will remove wastes and toxins through pores. 
10.   The best way to detox is exercising. Yoga and gym must be a part of your everyday schedule.
